João Paulo holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Commercial Law at the University of São Paulo (USP). He is an associate at CFGS.
With more than eight years of experience in arbitration, João Paulo has participated in dozens of high-complexity cases involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate and administrative law, construction and engineering, infrastructure, oil and gas and power generation.
Before joining CFGS, João Paulo worked at a renowned law firm specialized in arbitration in Rio de Janeiro and functioned as assistant and administrative secretary to arbitral tribunals.
